Once our monitoring station receives alarm from you residence or business, a National Guard and Patrol mobile unit is immediately dispatched to your home or business, and the operator contacts the emergency contact to confirm the alarm. We treat every alarm signal as a real alarm. If we are unable to reach the emergency contact, our Mobile Patrol Unit proceeds to your home or business. If the alarm is confirmed as being false, the operator will advise you and your emergency contacts at once. Once the situation has been assessed we contact you with the full report of the situation, at the same time a full written report is filed with a copy given to you.
